Fantasy Substratum Theme v3.1R
You must use Custom Nougat ROM (only 7.1.1) which has full WHO support for this theme to work on. DOES NOT OPERATE ON A STOCK ROM !!! You must also be fully rooted or a rom with uprooted engages and have the substrateum app.
+ When substrateum is open give it full root permissions and also allow system changes.
+ Click the theme and wait for it to create the resource caches and then click the theme again.
+ Theme inside check the switch; Select this option to enable all overlays.
+ Click the floating action button (FAB) at the bottom and select Create and Activate.
